We visited this hotel during the New Year and we were welcomed warmly by the staff and they provided us with a map and some great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location is great, with a 7-11 close by and a night market just around the corner. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with a great view of the area.
The noise levels were unbearable at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the street outside. The lack of soundproofing needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was also questionable and could have been better maintained. if you're a light sleeper, we would not recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel located in the heart of the busy night market. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helped us rent a scooter, making transportation a breeze.
No negative aspects.

Perfectly located right in the heart of the city! It was very convenient to reach the night market and restaurants were just a few steps away. the room had everything we needed and the balcony with the view was an added benefit. the staff was also really helpful in renting a scooter for us at a reasonable price which made it very easy to explore the area.
The thin windows didn't keep the noise out, which made it quite loud at night. they didn't offer cleaning services every day which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel had an excellent location right in the Kenting night market, surrounded by street food and shops. Our room had a balcony with a nice view and a large bathroom. the staff was helpful and arranged a scooter for us to explore the area.
The cleanliness could have been better as there were ants in the sink and a cockroach in the room.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the night market. Reasonable price for a family of six. Nice bathroom with a squeegee and good water pressure. Friendly staff.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
